As part of the Management Team of an upscale and private fitness facility, I found this article to be right on target. I sent the members of my staff the link so they may read it and hopefully understand why I am so hellbent on Customer Service and Cleanliness!! Any suggestions on other printed materials I can use for motivational purposes to further promote better attention to keeping our facilty clean? I cannot seem to stress this aspect enough.

Unfortunately, the gym described is a rare gym among gyms.
