It is nice to see that you practice what you preach. I wonder how many CEO's actually use their own product. I would be willing to bet that most have never even sampled some of their supplement line. Many props to you and your wife.

Fenugreek is actually one of the more effective test boosting supps. It also has many benefits tocaid in muscle gain including stabilized blood sugar and increased appetite.

It has been rumored to have those properties for many, many years...I don't feel that it does though. However, I admit that it may be of some use do to some 4-hydroxyisoleucine content. I have tried fenugreek extracts before and was very unimpressed. I hope it works for you though.
Not knocking Scivation here. I'm sure their fenugreek product contains exactly what the label says and in the specified amount.

Yeah, I've noticed that fenugreek is hit or miss for some people. But when it works, it works pretty well (especially since a 2 month bottle is only $5).

Congrats to the awesome transformation of Mark and his wife. I wish my wife were into fitness and living/eating healthy. She hates the idea of all of it.  I think we could have a stronger relationship if she would join on with me. Pretty bad.

It's funny. I had actually done interview with Marc Lobliner and a company profile on Scivation/Primaforce quite some time ago but BB.com never posted it. I guess it wasn't good enough or something.

Anyways, Jack may look old but he is a strong geezer. I saw an interview with him and his workouts had him pressing like 80lb DB's in some hardcore supersets and all that. I always quote him from that interview too with: "Every morning I wake up with an erection a cat can't scratch."
