of course you look bloated after a cheat meal...your body sucks in 2.7g of water for every gram of glycogen it stores. If you have been dieting for a sufficient amount of time (4+ days) with low carbs you literally cannot eat enough in a 12 hour period to store bodyfat unless you eat an ungodly amount of fat.

It doesn't look like you lost much muscle to me. 5.5lbs and being leaner is hardly "muscle loss"

I think you just lost a few extra lbs of fat, played your water levels right and saw what your legs really look like.

Plus you only "dieted" for what about 7 weeks? Its alittle bit harder to loose muscle mass than that if you were eating often lik you were and still lifting up until a week before the show.

From your pictures, Id say you kept the majority of the muscle you had.
