As far as I can tell Laynes wa about what cratine is and how it works.
My article, had you read a bit more carefully, was about why the research is flawed.
This was a stdy performed by well respected strength coaches and reserachers and the concluded that creatine has NO BENEFIT to well trained athletes.
That would be you.
The experts feel that you are wasting your money on creatine becuase if you are training correctly, It provides no added gains as opposed to training with out creatine.
I explained why this isn't true. Unlike laynes article, I didn't attempt to explain exatly how it works, why one should use it, which is better than which. if it is safe or anything of that nature. Just reasons as to why the study was off base and why you shouldn't listen to the self proclaimed "experts" when they try to tell you creatine is of no use.
I'd be interested to know If layne thinks that I copied his article. He hasn't brought it to my attention yet.
