Kitchen article

I agree with every thing you have in the article "How to make your Kitchen Low Fat"
But some things are hard to give up. Is Smart Balance buttery spread a bad choice? How about the Smart Balance cooking oil.
Another thing is the amount of food to eat. I guess this depends on size?
Probably in another article. I'll do a serch.
I did enjoy your article and I do have to make some modifications to my diet. But basically I'm on the right track.
