The title image isnt what you think it is. It is actually a red blood cell magnified with a special filter on it...

This is a waste of time an money. According to a GI doctor, "the colon lining replaces itself every 30 days." This must be the new hip thing to do in LA, since it is embraced by rockers like David Navarro. This is not necessary or needed! Save your money for good whole foods snd suppliments.

The body is an incredible healing machine. If you have a faulty colon, shooting warm water up your a** is not going to fix it. Sure it may feel good and it might have some temporary laxative effect, but that is it. Bodybuilders eat lots of protien which may cause constipation. This may temporarily aid in constipation, but so will eating more fiber or taking a laxative. I don't think it justifys the $60-$100 fee for a colonic session versus a $3 laxative. Follow the money. Don't believe the hype!

As I see that alot of people posting are not actual members of the board but as an actual member I'm gonna say this that it looks interesting and I'd be willing to give it a shot. Some people's GI linings don't always heal themselves and besides a little extra help is worth it. Plus alot of us do not use laxatives or can take them since it could make the condition worse.

Louis, please expand on the "orgasmic bowel movements." I think I've had a few of those. I would like more.

Its fantastic, It's a one-way ticket to Pleasure Town. I just would opt out of the home colonics kit.

Bump. No GI doctor will tell you there's any real benefit in this. Even someone like me who has a chronic colon disease would be better off supplementing with fiber than this.
But hey, $60-100 is pretty cheap compared to most hookers to pay for an orgasm if that's how you get off.

Just an anonymous ploy to try and seperate me from my hard enarned money if ya ask me. If I was going to go to the trouble of having a barrell of water hosed up me arse, I am not sure that low price would be a motivator.
Words like clean and professional, and hey how about confidential? These are the things I want from my arse irrigator. Louis wrote a decent gutsy article here, keep your spam out of it.
All you righteous folks can go ahead and crank call that number a few times and make them sorry that anonymous spammer ever tried to help them. I mean come on, this number could be more fun than a sperm bank.
I'd be willing to bet that if that number appeared on enough bathroom walls with the right kind of marketing in the caption, those folks would have to change the number and anonymous spammer's evil work would be undone!
okay, I'm done now

I'll just throw in my 2 cents regarding what I perceive to be a useless treatment. There are many useful bacteria within the colon that help digest foods for us and this treatment may flush out a lot of them. Furthermore, there is still considerable absorption done in the large intestine (B12 for example). Continuous treatments will probably result in some form of vitamin/nutritional deficiency.

I have read articles that back your position. Probably even the people who sell these therapies would tell you not to over do it. I have also read some pretty frightening articles about what accumulates in the gut over time.
All the "scare" articles seemed to be accompanied by a plug ( pun intended ) for some sort of healing therapy. My jury is still out on this one.
