not bad, but still going with the old school theory that you can create more definition through different training methods...very outdated definition only comes through fat reduction.

OK PEOPLE DONT READ THIS LITTLE KIDS articles seriously he doesnt have a freakin clue about what he is talking about
just some kid giving out misinformation...... maybe you should read the articles that other people have wrote on bb.com i mean people that actualy whent to school! and learned the right way and not just blabber on and on about what they think with out scientific proof this guy really pisses me off because some noob to bodybuilding is ganna take this as fact and set him off on the wrong track...here is some advice LEARN BEFORE YOU SPEAK !

big ****ing delts

dude I never train front or rear delts and mine dwarf my chest and side delt. My front delt in huge as big as my chest so i leave it alone. I am thinking of triaining it to show u what a delt looks like. U would stare at me like a freak and I am delt wise no competition.!!!!!!The Lord and my family gave me this
