Unhappy complete nonsense

This article is makes no sense whatsoever and has no basis in fact. Very poorly written with assumptions not defended in any comprehensible way.

Smile Nervous System Training Vs. Body Part Training!

Glad to know there is more than one way to skin the cat. I believe that before you judge a training routine you should try it first. Some routines might work well for some and not for others.

This article to me is just another way to achieve great physical health. I think some of the subjects written about makes sense. I would consider myself a beginner and would like to reach the next level in time.

I am willing to try this out, in high school I did the body part training method and I burnt out within a year my workouts became boring and my development stagnant. By cycling between nervous system training and body part training perhaps I can break through the barrier.

Anything that gets you in the gym to workout is a good thing so if I have to switch between the two from burning out so be it.

Guy's just trying to put some weird spins on things and rename them to make some money. I mean c'mon, a system called FreakyBigNatural? Rofl, what a sap, and the guy probably weighs a buck 80 at his peak and squats 200.

Are you speaking from experience? have you tried the system? Just want to get some info.
I just bought it and it looks good so far: the forum is very informative, there are some intersting tips and some really impressive gains by members.
And he did not look buck eighty on the pictures. I did some research before I decided to give it a try.
And this article makes a lot of sense as well.
