Giving this a try

I'm 41 and usually work out just to stay fit and be able to keep up with military guys I run with 1/2 my age. Being a DOD contractor I usually have access to the base gym but currently working overseas 6 days a week 10-14 hours a day. I try to go at launch time for an hour 4-6 times a week. I'm now taking the Unversal Amimal Pak and started the Animal Stak2 two weeks ago. I'm also drinking two Cytosport Muscle Milk Shakes a day and maybe a protein bar. I'm 5'8'' about 180lbs and goal is to be a well put together 185lbs. Over the last two weeks I was up a few pounds then a weekend of partying lost me 4 lbs and 3/8'' off my arms (must have been water weight gain?). Always depressing when your mp3 player armband that was tight on Friday falls off your bicep on Monday from one weekend of fun.
I'll update this as I progress through the 12 week cycle while I keep the fun to a minimum.

about the program

I just want to say that I'm following this for about 6 weeks. I haven't see any difference in muscle gain though I saw much difference in power gain. So I think it better swits in powerlifting than in bodybuilding.
