Shameless promotion of Muscletech. Another problem I have with the article, is the inordinate amount of sets for the triceps. This work out could take over an hour for the triceps alone, so if you have a designated arms day, you won't have time to do biceps/wrists/forearms.

It's the other way around.
Iovate, the "Writter" of the article manufactures Muscle Tech.

yeah im pretty disaponted by the article, they suggest 18sets for triceps, thats more than most would do on a hard leg day (including abs)
oh yeah and the shameless promotion of cell-tech, i must say this stuff shouldnt been seen on bb.com
the pictures are funny though, im sure they all got big by doing single arm reverse grip pushdowns and drinking cell-tech all day

I thought the article was pretty good, however I don't think that you absolutely have to incorporate dips into your workout in order to gain mass. I have made incredible, consistent gains in my triceps, and have never done a set of weighted dips in my life. Although, everybody is different, so I guess it just depends on what your body responds to the best.

I wonder if it really matters how many sets you do for arms. I sometimes do about 4 sets on the cable pushdowns and reverse grip pushdowns.

thanks lots
i have found this article to be the most useful yet to be read. I started using the exercises about 2 months ago (exchanging the lying DB exercise for skull crushers) and I am already noticing greater results.
Thanks a million.
please keep producing more articles on other muscle, pecs would be great!
oi, and whats wrong with heaps of sets in the gym on one muscle, it clearly doesnt over-train you so why not?
