Glad Loki wrote these. Sprints are very underrated in the BBing world. They are so much better than slower cardio; I don't understand why poeple won't do the research. You will lose more fat doing sprints. I love sprints and they're a great way to improve one's anaerobic threshold to stay strong at the end of your weightlifting sessions.
