David Robson - Guy Grundy On Overcoming Adversity, Fighting, Synthol And Everything In Between.

Guy has plenty to say, all of which I found compelling and interesting. In this interview, guy talks about his bodybuilding journey, as well as some of the more controversial elements of his life.

good interview, props on family first. but why did he need all those surgeries? He mentioned them several times. What does he do differently to prevent future injury?

Well, the one he said he thought was because of synthol. The shoulder injuries I dunno. Lots of pros end up with shoulder injuries, may or may not have had anything to do with the synthol.

It was a really interesting article. Well worth the time to read it.

Hey Mate!

Thank you for the kind comments Mate! They are much appreciated. I had 3 shoulder surgeries in 18 months. I tore my rotator cuff of the bone three times and tore my Labrum three times. These were caused from years of playing Rugby, bodybuilding and doing MMA.

The shoulders are now 100% thankfully. Have Good Weekend.

Guy
