Thumbs up Two thumbs up to ya Tom

Tom, I have the same story. I also drive truck for a living and try to bodybuild at the same time. Your right, it's so hard, because of the hours I work. I'm home every night, but work 12 to 14 hrs. a day. So many nights I come home and the last thing I feel like doing, is going on a run, or working out but I push myself to do it. I wish that I could work out in the morning before I go to work but, I start to early, like 1 or 2 in the morning. I try to never put anybody else down ( to each there own.) but, my inspiration to keep on working out is looking at all the fat ass truck drivers munching down thoes 2 lb. bags of chips with there bellys hanging down to there knees. Looking at this just makes me work harder or run farther and harder. I never want to look like that. With my schedule, if I can find time to work out anybody can. Keep up the good work, and thanks for your story. Good copy hand.

Thank You

Thanks Jabber Jaw. I knew there had to be more drivers out there. I know I certainly can't get any of MY fellow drivers to get into working out. They just laugh and say they don't have time. Of course.

I wish my 13-14 hour days started in the wee hours like yours. I once had a job that started about 2am and it fit my lifestyle perfectly. I've always been an early riser. But alas, that job is gone and this one is here - and it's all night. And once the snow comes, part of my workout becomes chaining 1-3 times a night. Then I REALLY feel like working out when I get home - NOT. But like you, I think about all these other guys and how THEY look, and that's all I need to push me out to the 'gym'.

Thanks for the comments, Jabber Jaw. I appreciate it. Keep on Truckin'...

Well, unless it's summer, I really don't drink 'tons' of water. Like you say, I don't want to be peeing every 10 minutes. I usually stop about every 1 1/2 hours to 'unload', and that's enough.

Thanks

I appreciate your kind words. Sometimes it's a real struggle to keep up my plan with my goofy hours but I really try to keep up. The older I get, the harder it is to make a 'come back' if I fall off the wagon. It's a lot easier to "keep up" than to "catch up".
