kick ass article, have been looking for something like this all over. It rates all the low carb foods we wonder about, but are scared to try out. Good recipes at the end also.

Very cool article. I wonder if any companies have tested these low-carb products to see if they actually meet label claims. Some of these products seem too good to be true!!

the walden farms does not say "maple" syrup flavor. is it close to pure maple syrup flavor, or is it more like 'log cabin'/'aunt jemimas' taste?

Wow..
This thread died a long time ago, but i feel like it should at least be a sticky or something on the keto/losing fat/ or nutrition sections? GREAT info..just wish i could find the Calorie Countdown milk somewhere near me!!!
