Question

The workout sounds good but one question:

I was wondering if the barbells rows listed are the bent over kind, or the upright kind?

Thank you

"Do one light warm up set of 15 reps prior to the workout set on every exercise. "

is this light warm up in between the workout exercises a treadmill exercise?

1 day or 2 days?

Anyone have any ideas about whether this should be spread over two days, or completed in one day? I agree that this seems like a lot to tackle in one visit to the gym.

It says all in one day. It's a feasible though very challenging workout for a teenager perhaps, using submaximal weights for the routine imo. I think it would crush anyone over 19 lol.

"I was wondering if the barbells rows listed are the bent over kind, or the upright kind?"

bent over and yates rows with an ez curl are best.

It is doable

I am 37yo, quite unfit and overweight.

My program is just a little bit easier, but quite simular (minus deadlift and shoulder shrugs, plus forearms curls). The other difference is that I do abs crunch before cardio (at a different time), which is not a significant one.

Don't feel like I am overtraining.
