Unhappy confusing

this article is quite confusing to me... how can this be a training program if there are so few perameters to follow? You say that you should lift three times a week, but that you can train 6 times a week????? do you perform all of the exercises each day in the gym?
it says that you gradually DECREASE your weight over the first 5 weeks, but what is shown is a gradual INCREASE in the weight used in the example... which one is it? Also, you say weeks 1-5 is 6 weeks... which is it?

I could go on further but I think a re-write is needed on this article.

Otter
P.S. sorry if I am being too harsh, I am interested in this program but completely confused by the write up

Thumbs up ok, part two is helpful

I now understand the 3 or 6 times per week training, and the exercises per day. Maybe parts one and two could be put together in one part to help others that may have been confused as I was.

very good job once both parts are put together
I appologise for my earlier scorning

A bit of a noob

I have been training for about 6 months. I have put on some nice muscle and been really concentrating on form (although I still can't get the Deadlift down right).

Was wondering if the 8 exercises you proposed (except I would do a slight incline on Bench Press and Military Press instead) would pack some muscle on me. I find my chest is a little lacking and was wondering if this would thicken it?

Thanks.

HST for Dummies

Paul,
You did an outstanding job of explaining HST. Far better than Bryan Haycock. Many thanks.
