Just to clear things up, I have been working for Scivation for almost 2 months now, but have been using there supplements since they came out.
The large size watermelon whould be available any time now. I'll annouce when it is available. I've grown quite found of the grape Xtend myself and prefer it when I drink my Xtend + Substance around my workout.

That plan is different then what you wrote in the Xtend IV experiment thread.

Im also curious as to when you started to see results in strength and changes in your measurements. Im done one week with minor strength gains, but no changes in stats.

For me, the initially changes during the first week were an increase in cell volumization aka "looking fuller" and more vascular. After than initial week, I made steady lean mass and strength gains. I didn't have explosive strength gains, but rather steady strength gains.
How is your recovery thus far spartanstrength? Notice any changes yet?

Haha well first I'd like to thank Scivation. I ordered two bottles off of bbing.com and when I got them after my vacation, I had three! I checked to make sure I didnt pay for it and everything else was in order. So now I have three bottles of Xtend and three tubs of WPI Substance.
I just got back from vacation and I prob only worked out 4 times in two weeks. This first week has been tough but recovery has been great. Nothing in the strength department yet. Ive been trying to get at least 9 hours a night but with work and me staying up at nights so I could finish my article for bbing.com Im only getting around 7 hours.
Off topic but could you recommend any supplements or any advice for that matter regarding elevated iron levels/high red blood cell count. They first thought I had done steroids or ph's but Ive never done anything like that, and they are asking me to bring in all my supp's and will take extra bloodwork to check it all out. It has me rather worried. Do you know what kind of supp's could cause this?

I haven't noticed any increased recovery (although I probably am recovering faster), but I've gained almost 8lbs in the initial 2 weeks, with a drop in bodyfat. Strength gains are shooting through the roof, I hit a 50lb PR on SLDLs last week.

Right now and in the past month all Ive been taking is Whey, Creatine, leptigen mass(ended two weeks ago), just started Xtend(a week before blood test).
A friend of mine who was taking an anti-e to boost test levels naturally had the a similar thing happen to him but I havent been taking one and am at a loss as to what caused it.

8 lbs. in 2 weeks while losing fat is CRAZY! Good stuff!
SpartanStrength: I don't see anything in your supps that would increase red blood cell count. Maybe you are just a freak?

Just megadose on a maintenance diet, build muscle and lose fat, doesn't get better than that.

I've cut and bulked using large amounts of Xtend. While bulking I gained more lean mass and loss some fat (gained a greater amount of lean mass than fat loss) and while cutting I lost fat while gaining some lean mass (loss a greater amount of fat than lean mass gained). I am currently eating right around maintenance levels calories and getting leaner while gaining muscle and strength. BCAA are very versitile and can be used during any phase of training and diet to enhance your results. As I stated in my article, all you really need is Xtend (BCAA + Citrulline Malate + Glutamine) and some creatine and you are good to go.

Lol def not a freak, too bad. It just has me worried bc they said the high level of iron and red blood cells can cause heart problems and/or a stroke if not taken care of. Not only that, but if its like this now, I guess Ill be staying natural my whole life!

Beast, I thought taking BCAA's with whey protein (other amino acids) negated any benifits, could you clear this up?
