Interesting and easy to read, but I would like to see more of the specifics.

For instance, maybe giving some examples, or putting more of a definition on keeping water "high" and "bring carbs down to some degree" (statements like these). Basically, just something more tangible per se, that doesn't leave it all to the imagination.

Looking forward to reading more from the diet doc.
