Chickeneater,
I haven't posted any pics of myself other than the one at the bottom of my article. I guess I have a thing against posting physique pictures on internet forums because instantly everyone becomes an expert. A lot of times things are send in forums that would never be said in person. That being said I think I have a pic from after a recent leg workout.
If you are interested in stregnth numbers and such. I haven't benched in a while due to a shoulder injury (everyone always asks "what do you bench"). My current program doesn't include deadlifts but I was pulling 415 for 4 set of 6 a month ago or so (while dieting). Last week I front squated 5x5 at 245lbs (nice and deep). this past monday I did 10x5 with an extra 100lbs around my waist. Physiquewise I'm about 210 with a 34 inch waist.

that was a quick response. thanx for taking the time. yes you definitely have the physique to prove you walk the talk. I don't think you have to worry about any so called "experts" w/ your physique. just seems like theres too many authors talking the part but not looking the part. personally I just cant go on reading an author's stuff w/ out seeing if he/she lives it. 'll have to read the rest of your stuff..
what did you do to your shoulder? I just came off of a shoulder injury myself. I got surgery done because it was one of those nagging pains for some time. I just had it scoped in jan. and i'm thrilled w/ the results.

Thanks for the kind words........I'm not sure what I did to my shoulder. I think it is a strained biceps tendon (or biceps tendonitis). I've been doing ice massages right between the front and middle deltoids after my workout and it seems to help with the pain. But still no horizontal pressing movements for me. I'm just trying to work around it because I have good momentum with my current training cycle. I guess I'm being a little stubbon but....feel free to hit me up with any questions or article ideas.
Train hard and stay focused -- Mikey
