Randy Herring - Reading Nutritional Labels

If you live in the States or other countries that have nutritional labels, I suggest you try to understand what those labels mean. What do you think?

Um, why did you write this article ? I understand what you are saying here, but you only confused more people after reading the little bit that you did actually write. Not trying to knock yo personally, but seems to me that you don't know exactly what you are talking about either or you would probably have attempted to explain it better. I enjoy this site, but lately I am starting to see more and more acticles like this that are quite honestly, very poorly written. If you are going to bring up something like this that you feel it is so important and that people need to know about it, please make a whole-hearted and not a half-assed attempt to explain it.

About that article

Ok, I have been at this site for some time now reading
articles, and must admit that articles like these do no good
to explain anything to anyone.
So please, stop posting these nonsenses and try to make
an effort to write an article that is worth reading.
As it is, I'm just more confused about those labels than if there
were no article about it.
