Funny and true. While I repsect his resolve and drive to go from being very fat to cut and muscular, I wonder how many STD's he's contracted since acquiring his new body.

The article was well organized but nothing I haven't heard already. A few things didn't make sense. For one, Sesathin under r-ala? And Swole as an "NO" product? Hmm.

Well, whatever. But by the pics, Louis is definitely in heaven.

HAHA, all food replies so far. So some fat guy is now skinny, he still isn't getting chicks in the bag...if he was he wouldn't be writing on bb.com--he'd be balls deep into someone right now (like we all should be).

I am sick of bb.com, its the same **** every single day. Not one article in the last 3 years has been unique. I only come here to find out what jackasses are getting $25 of supplements for the crap they write. Its not even about bodybuilding anymore.

I think that my recent article poses a fresh look at various topics. Have you ever heard of John Berardi? Maybe you should look some of his articles up.....

I am a female and seriously i am totally sick and tired of watching pics of him with girls, and the most important did he ask them if they want to play this game? There's some serious anti-Louis Dorman attitudes going around..I bet he regrets writing the article! Seriously though, I think the whole 'I'm such a sex god now that I'm average sized' gets to be a little much. In future articles they should omit the photos of his face in girls' titties.

Did you see his spread in Muscular Development? That's a damn expensive ad to put up, so obviously Louis sales or Ryan wouldn't keep him around. A big reason for this is being because sex sells.

But his transformation was more than just the weight. Not sure if he got LASIK surgery (I did, and it was the best decision of my life), but he lost the glasses, improved his fashion sense (became a designer), and looks to have increased overall self confidence.

Basically you have to look at his articles from the point of view of all the guys out there right now who are in the position Louis was in the before pictures. It's serious motivation to get those results - probably girls as most important and weight loss in second.

It's kind of along the same lines as the skinny kid getting dirt kicked in his face only for the opposite extreme.

Granted, Louis has transformed himself and done an excellent job! I think that what most people are disgusted with is that these articles are kind of "rockstar bodybuilder", ok ok this is a made up term, but I think you understand what I mean, it just doesnt seem that he has a desire and love of bodybuilding, only looking good to pork girls, the whole idea of self satisfaction, improvement and dedication and a love for the iron, although its probably all there its obscured by pictures of him with all kinds of lovely ladies and some other things that seem a little off topic at times. People on this website for the most part LOVE BODYBUILDING and the culture that goes with it, when they see these articles they feel threatened by something and see it almost like getting workout tips from usher in the glossy pages of GQ between articles on how to LOSE 10LBS FAST FOR SUMMER! Or HOW TO GET SEX ON DEMAND, or something along those lines, many see these articles and feel their culture threatened, thats just what I think.

Im not trying to get on Louis Dormans case but this is how many people here feel, I believe, but just couldnt put it into the right words.

I spend 3-5 hours a day replying to e-mails, answering PM's & giving advice on this forum. I countlessly lose my voice speaking to unmotivated individuals giving them inspiration for this lifestyle. We all make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give!

now please, if anyone has something constructive to say, add it. otherwise lets show some respect to this man that has done a fantastic job with his own transformation. let's not confuse "cocky" with "confident". louis is the latter.

Man what are you babbling about, shut your hole. If your in to bodybuilding for the love of it then go hump a barbell queer. Why do you think most people work out? TO look good for the ladies unless your a homo shut your hole. The guy worked out 12 hours a week to get where he's at and now hes enjoying it. So what he goes to the gym lifts, does cardio whatever then goes out and has a life. Here's a suggestion put down the playboy, and go out and find a girl that can do that for ya queer. As a female I too am more than just a little offended by this guy's articles. I think many people are confusing his ego with true confidence. He did well on the physical side, gotta respect the effort he put in... too bad his personality ruins most of what he has accomplished. I myself would like to see more useful information and less pictures of his social life... let's face it, nobody really cares how often he is or is NOT getting laid.

Looks like lots of members here are sipping on hatorade.

I made a transformation and let me tell you, after you lost all that weight and look great, you feel like you are ten feet tall. Seriously, nothing will get in your way. People who never were fat in the first place quite honestly shouldn't talk about changed behaviors. Louis hasn't done anything that was anywhere near arrogant.

Regarding pictures with women, calling him ugly is very harsh and reflects very poorly on you. In fact, it loaded with jealousy to be quite blunt. When you are so fat that you sweat when walking up the stairs, no females like you (even if you have a 5 star personality), and you're a social recluse, try to live your life.

Then you see a picture of a man who was just like you and he lost the weight. Notice that he is socializing (with the opposite sex which when you're fat, does not happen as much or even at all). That is the light at the end of the tunnel that might just push the other fat guys over the edge to make a transformation of their own.

Its over the top but I fully support Louis and everything he has done. If all of this attention makes just one person change for the better, it is all worth it.
