I hate to post negative comments - but when you tell the truth it isn't always pleasant. I don't know who chose the model for that workout but her form was completely wrong on every exercise. Her back was curved on the deadlift and her legs looked nearly knock-kneed on her squat. Plus, she had just too many exercises! Four exercises maybe five to six sets - with one being a warm up set and one a cool down set is enough if the right weight is used.
Quads will do just fine with a superset of squat and step up with a high enough bench. Your hams will scream your name with a superset of deadlift and a db prone curl (like the big boys do it - db between the feet). When you use the machine you have a tendency to hold on and let the rest of your body assist!!! I would venture to say that using only the deadlift for the hams, the squat for the quads and the lunge to get anything that is left over - you are okay!!! Besides that - studies have shown that the glute muscles are most active in a step up, quad kick (mule kick) and a pliƩ squat. Also, the best butts come from fat loss and walking on inclines!!!
Also, I hate to tell you - a lot of stuff like butts, six packs, calves - ain't nothing but genetic. The six pack is a muscle pattern - no different from a dimple - and the elusize ghetto booty - genetic too. You can bring it up but you can't bring out what was never there.
Do muscles get bigger when you work them? Hell yeah! But can you make that muscle into a shape that was never meant to be? NO way! Just look at a copy of Oxygen magazine - all of those women Brandt, Reno, et al - all have different types of butts. Look at Elaine Goodlad - she has a very round butt - so, if it was a matter of exercises making the butt - wouldn't those bodies reach some type of egalitarian curve? NO. Not at all.
Please, whoever did that workout. Get a model and a trainer who actually know what they are doing or who can exhibit that they know what they are doing.

She's right.
I have a 6 pack genetically with a super small waist and a big, round booty but I have no calves and I have thick thighs. It wouldn't matter what I did this is just the way it is.
Anyway, unregistered I agree with you using mostly compound exercises but can you tell me what is a quad kick (mule kick)?
Thanks

Use proper form
I looked at the pictures of the leg exercises in this article and the model is not using proper form when executing the squat, deadlift, and leg press. Beginners - please learn proper form from reputable weight training books, magazines, or from a personal trainer to avoid injury.
