About time somebody put out a be all end all article on grip training.

Thank you dave, I'm somewhat tired of all the spam mail I'm getting from Iron Mind about grip strength secrets when you've layed it out completely for those of us who don't want to necessarily at this time purchase high end competition grippers.

Thumbs up Great article

An interesting take on grip training. It's nice to see a few ideas on grip training that use regular kit found in any gym rather than specialist equipment mentioned in other articles I've read. I'm a climber and grip is very important in this sport so I'm always looking for ways to improve grip when I'm away from the rock. The comment regarding training for pinching strength has little in the way of a real world application made me smile. Climbing is a big part of my world so pinch grip is very real world to me. Keep up the good work.

This article is ridiculous.

If you want REAL grip strength, go to this article:
