Show Me The Money

The cost of the supplements alone would make this program, not only for the lion hearted, but you'd have to be RICH as well. Any program this complicated is bound to fail for most.

Drachus is on a distinguished road. (+10)
holy crap, they want you to consume a ton of damn protein isolate post workout, for a 200lb dude that would be 100 grams all at once TWICE a day on workout days, that will make you fat in a heartbeat wouldnt it?

Question I'll tell ya'll how it goes

I seriously don't think all the whey is that neccessary for this type of training. If you are only training for 20 minutes, then it's unlikely to even reach the catabolic burst that is incidental to a 45 minute session. Therefore, a simple high carb high protein meal should suffice maybe 30 minutes after the work out has ended.

In my humble opinion, the only purpose of a whey shake is to rescue you from the catabolism that comes after an intense as well as long workout.

I'm gonna invest in this workout program. I think this guy is on to something.

As for the supplements, looks to me like the article is partially a neat trick for a commission to be made.

Otherwise, I'm gonna try this for six weeks and see what becomes of it.
