High cholesterol.

A good article for those of us who might be struggling with high Cholesterol. This is something that effects us all and cannot be seen. This hidden epidemic can be decreased with a better diet and exercise. However as I'm finding out that does not guarantee success. I have been watching my diet and exercising about every single day and still my HDL and LDL are totally out of whack. It is very frustrating.
