Is he fo real?

First of all split looks like this:

Monday Biceps & Chest
Tuesday Triceps & Shoulders
Wednesday OFF
Thursday Legs
Friday Back & Arms (Bi's & Tri's)

Now training Tris and Shoulders after Chest is not a great idea.

Also killing your triceps before Shoulders is even worse!

Moral of the story take his drugs and get his guns

I couldn't agree more with the previous review. Even more importantly, there's SO much vanity, self-centeredness in this article. This is the sort of guy, thanks to his arrogance, who discourages, usually humiliates the beginners when they first enter a gym. Hardly an ambassador where this sport is concerned.

Yep, I agree with you both. Of course us guys want girls to swoon at the sight of our bodies, but it should not be the #1 or even #2 reason we bodybuild. We can't control how women react to our bodies, so your kinda letting someone else control your ego and how you feel about yourself. Not what bodybuilding is about.

Bigger arms

I have to say that when I read this article, I had to laugh about how they used this vain, oversized individual. Even though he gained 2 inches in his arms, which by the way, would probably have happened anyway due to his genetic makup, I found very uninspiring. Why not tell a story of a not-so gifted person "with before and after pictures" and then you would have grabed the attention of 85 % of your reading audience. I get a kick out of companies that use bodybuilders that are both naturally big and genetically gifted to sell products and show the "amazing" results. Just like we have laws today for "truth in lending" they should have them for "TRUTH IN SELLING".

Talking

Hi, Im fairly new to bodybuilding, and this workout looked good, so I gave it a go for the last 7 weeks. I gained 3kg in pure muscle, and lost 2% bodyfat. So i would reccomend it.

I did 10-12 min of cardio each time i was in the gym, this was 3 times a week as I combined the legs day with an arms day.

(I weighed 58kg before, now im 61kg / was 12% BF now only 10%!)
