Transformations - Transformation Of The Week - Marci Purcey!

All of my life I had considered myself to be lean, and tough. I was raised on a working farm and was always in shape. Well that all changed after getting married and having 6 kids. The energy was gone and I did not like it. See how I changed below.

Did you have machines at home to do the wide grip lateral pulldowns and the leg press? You said that you worked out at home mostly with free weight. I do as well and was wondering what you used for these exercises.

All my workouts are done at home. Yes, I do have something to do lat pulldowns on. As far as leg presses, we have a 45 degree sled that you can do hack squats or leg presses on, but honestly, I rarely use it. Squats,lunges,stiff legged deadlifts are my main leg exercised of choice. I do incorporat others, but thats what I did mainly, oh, and lying ham curls.

Your transformation is amazing, especially for just twelve weeks. But I do have a question....how did you decide what would be a good goal for you? Was there a particular article or website that helped you? If there was, could you post it on your site? Thanks! And once again, a very impressive transformation.

I am curious about something. I weight 118 lbs and have been working out for 4 weeks. I really haven't noticed much weight come off, but my clothes are fitting a little looser (but not much). My diet is very similar to most of the ladies on this sight, and I hired a personal trainer to help me with my transformation. I would like to get my weight down to about 110, I'm only 5'0", so this is a realistic goal. I am 40 years old. My question is: Is it typical for the weight to come off this slowly? At what point will I start noticing a change?

Thank you. My wife hase been convinced that there was nobody that felt the same way she has. I was looking for someone that was feeling the same way she has been. After reading your artical she has agreed to join me in the local gym.
