All my workouts are done at home. Yes, I do have something to do lat pulldowns on. As far as leg presses, we have a 45 degree sled that you can do hack squats or leg presses on, but honestly, I rarely use it. Squats,lunges,stiff legged deadlifts are my main leg exercised of choice. I do incorporat others, but thats what I did mainly, oh, and lying ham curls.
