Let me get this right, I weigh 190 lbs at around 8% body fat. You're telling me I should be eating only 190 grams of protein and 95 grams of carbs! You are also telling me not to add any additional fat to my diet, only what I get from lean protein sources! Based on that I would be eating only approximately 1500 calories a day. I have enough experience to not believe everything I read but some people, especially those just getting started, believe everything they read. We should encourage them, not discourage them with a diet that will have them hungry and feeling so fatigued that they do not want to go to work let alone train. So please, before posting such ridiculous articles get a clue. Otherwise we will have a bunch of Bodybuilding.com readers walking around looking like scarecrows! This site is called "BodyBUILDING.com" not "Breakdowneveryounceofmuscleandbecomeanorexic. com"

I also agree that no fat except from the meat is wrong. EFA's play a big role in my line up!

Wow

Yeah... looks about impossible to me... I weigh about 155 and if I were to follow this sample meal plan, I'd have over double the amount of carbs recommended. According to the sample meals, you'd have to weigh like 300lbs in order for those foods to be in your recommended carb range, and if you weighed 300lbs, I doubt you could get by on like 1500 calories.
