Yes.
Sesamin + Yohimbine + a caffeine/green tea based Thermo would be ideal for both men and women.

Great Article
This is a great article - thank you! Now, what I want to know is how long do you use - until you have achieved the results - then do you go off of the supplements for a period of time?
I have just finished competing for the year, but want to try and maintain a 10-12% body fat, but I was planning on going off of the fat burners I've been using for the past 9 weeks, as I don't want my body to get too used to them.
However, I still have some "sticky" areas on the saddlebags that I'd love to get rid of....FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Given my brief description of my situation, would you recommend your Stubborn Fat Stack?

I'm thinking about trying this stack and am curious if any other supps would mesh well with it. Right now all I'm on is a multi, Alpha Lipoic, and Chromium Picolinate. I'm doing a 4-5 week CKD and was thinking of doing this stack after that. Would it be better to do during this?
In the past I've tried Lipo-6 and Advocare's Thermo Plus, both w/ decent results. I'm down about 30 lbs and 9% bf since March when I started working out again. I've been really interested in the Xtend product, would that go well w/ this stack?

definitly gonna try this out.. happened to be looking for an article that gives good info on supplement servings for stubborn fat...
the only thing that confused me was the AM or PM workout?
Im guessing i choose one of those program routines and stick with it.
Also, is their a good workout routine to go along with this article?
So far ive been using Bas Rutten's MMA Workout which is pretty tough but and gives me a great workout (by that i mean tires me out).. if you are familiar with his workout, think it would go good along side this supplement program? please feel free to recommend one
Thanks for the great article!! gonna order the supplements as soon as i get my check and get started!

It says 2.5-10mg x 2 per day. How do you know which one is appropriate for you?

This will be based on your tolerance to Yohimbine. Yohimbine does not agree at all with some people (i.e. headaches/blood pressure issues/anxiety). ALWAYS start at the low end, so start at 2.5 mg and see how that effects you.
