I had a chance to meet with him up here in Lynnwood, WA last year. It was one of the most entertaining time in my life to meet one of my legends fae to face.
He's right up front with you, open , and honest.
I trained as a guest at Venice in '74, and it's true..it was the best place to be in the world at that time.
My whole weightlifting life was cast by that experience, and the gyms I sought out wherever I lived had to fit that mold.
Dave is an inspiration, and with his weekly newsletter, I feel like we're cyber training partners.
