Randy's Article
I enjoyed Randy's article very much. It helped me realize that I can gain the strength and muscle I want, and not allow my fast metabolism to control me. Thank you, Randy!

weight gain
I had the same problem, at 15 i was probably 115-125 pounds and in highschool. I bought many supplements even creating, at the time nothing helped. I was out of work and i was skinny, but in 1997 i was probably 120, and in the year 2000 I started gaining weight, now i'm 177 before breakfast and 181 at night. I started eating lots of fast food, by the way, i had a fast metabolism. I bought double portioins of food at grocery stores like eggs, pizza, chicken and french fries. I'm not fat, but i still have a little pot belly, I started training at 16 to my memory. I have gained a lot of lean muscle especially my biceps, right now they're only at 17inches. I'm struggling to make it over 181 pounds, i want to be 200 pounds of muscle, i train almost all body parts. Most of the time I relax and sleep during the day and I eat at night. People now say that i've gotton bigger in my chest and shoulders, but now i'm trying to get a six pack, can somebody help me.

hey
i had the same expeience, when i was only 16 i started to pay more attention to what i looked like and what other people thought. i had a high metabolism i wasnt able to have any breast or a bum. i was really ashamed of my body, it seemed that everyone around me was bigger in every way then i was. i finally took action on my eating, i got up everyday and everytime i ate i had a 3 coarse meal. it wasnt easy to gain weight for me but i set my mind to it. i went from 95 pounds to 120 in less then 6 months, i decide that the weight i gained was juss subtutiing untill i loss the weight and then gained it again. eating alot of greasy food some say is the best way to gain weight, but if you think about it, its the most harmful way too.
