These are some good tips that I'm going to incorporate into my routine. My calfs need tons of improvement, and hopefully some of these tips will help.

Great article!! I WAS one of those "toe in toe out" lifters, but I'm going to change that up and work the tips in this artice into my calf routine.

Sharp, diamond hard calves are what I'm after!!

yeah, this article was a complete waste of time. ultimate calf training? seems like she simply read all the past calves articles and put them in her own words. could you please bring something new to the table? how about some real world results? has she helped anybody increase the size of their calves significantly?
