The author offers a wonderful review of cardio related to calories and food intake. I'm currently counting my calories and have lost 17 pounds during the past several weeks. The first few weeks saw a weight loss of two pounds per week, but the one week recently I noticed that I'd lost
five pounds. This was a signal to me that I needed to up my calorie intake to avoid losing weight too quickly. I've read that the maximum fat loss per week amounts to two pounds and so I adjusted my food intake to slow the weight loss.
I turned 45 recently and, as a generally skinny person, I'm avoiding that "skinny fat" appearance. As I've got wide hips I really need to reduce the bodyfat so I'm happy with my appearance. Of course eating
cleaner is obviously going to help from a health perspective, too.
As long as I'm monitoring how much I lose per week I believe I'm on the right track. Counting calories gives me that gauge to make accurate judgements about my food intake and menu planning.
I love BodySpace and am very grateful for articles as presented at the URL/link above.
