awesome job by the way-you've got a lot to be proud of. keep it up.
I had one question-I saw that you lifted legs twice a week. I would figure having been a runner your legs would already pretty solid. My question is-why twice a week?

sooo umm how does a "hard gainer" end up getting skinny fat. thats kinda new to me lol.

Thanks for the compliments!

Re my legs: I did legs twice to increase my natural testosterone levels to increase muscle mass all over my body.

And to prevent pelvic imbalances between the front and back of my hips.


Thanks for the kind words and compliments from everyone else!

And the unregistered user is partly correct...i was VERY self absorbed when I transformed my body...sometimes you have to become extreme to get extreme results! I don't regret it though.
