really natural?
I have a problem with people calling themselves "natural," and going on pro-hormone cycles. I can't help but lose respect for this guy. Todd Blue confesses to pro hormone use as well, and has the passion to be the biggest "natural" bodybuilder there is. I was reading the label of a few well known pro-hormones, and they claim "steroidal properties." And they listed the same side effects as steroids.

I agree, i think people that take prohormones are not natural since your taking them to get the same effects as steroids, however...everyone's definition of natural is different, however I don't use things that directly affect anabolic hormone production. I still have respect for those guys though.
Peace

I hate to keep raining on a parade, Dino does write a good article. And many will benefit from it. Furthermore, as I was replied to earlier; I was given the hint that this is not the forum for such a debate... But, even the site monitor refers to Dino as a "GREAT" natural...What's a "great" natural bodybuilder compared to a regular natural bodybuilder? I suppose "great" would impose less of a reliance on anabolic substances for muscle gain and fat loss. Heck, "great" would even mean less need for supplements such as creatine, glutimine and protein powders....and a bigger reliance on whole foods for bodybuilding gains. If people want to take legal substances for gains thats fine with me, I just have a problem with the carefree use of the word "natural."

pardon me but what is so unnatural about protein and creatine. They can both be found in certain foods in signifigent quantities, however buying them in their pure form is a matter of convienience and saving money. If you wanted to go down the route which you are implying then people who take vitamins are not natural...give me a break.

what's wrong w/ creatine and protein? nothing at all....I must have incorrectly implied that I have a problem w/ them. But can anyone convince me that "pro-hormones" make a "great"..."natural" bodybuilder?
