Talking Killer biceps

I haven't learned the benefit of cheat curls? Didn't "this guy" say in his article that cheat curls do have there place? It makes a lot more sense to do them at the end as a means of extending the set - I do that everytime I train biceps. Doing heavy cheat curls as the main massbuilder is good to but it's to easy to let your back and momentum take over most of the work. I want the biceps doing 100% of the work, I don't want to share it with my lower back, which at my age would never survive anyway.

Frenzy1 is on a distinguished road. (+10)
Thumbs down wow..

"These are done seated with your back braced to prevent cheating; you can also do this leaning against a wall..."

You can't even get the full range of motion doing seated bar curls since your legs get in the way, this is basically doing half curls which is idiotic and won't work your biceps fully. Stick to seated dumbell curls or preacher curls if you don't want to cheat. Curling a bar while leaning against a wall is terrible; unless you're a demolition crew trying to put 2 holes in the wall. I've never even heard of doing 2 sets, there is no way your biceps have recruited all the fibers or are exhausted after 2 sets.. just a brutal article.
