Right. That's the way I understand it too, and if that is what was intended then fine. It just didn't state it that way in the article. I can see a young kid reading that and saying, "Hey, my blood glucose is already high post workout, so I don't need to comsume any more carbs." In which case he's not going to be doing himself any good. I don't mean to sound defensive but, I was just trying to clarify not criticize.
