He did a great job! When people look at how long it will take them to lose weight they become scared of the long journey ahead. Always remember that today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday...make it a lifestyle and it won't seem like an up-hill climb.

Damn those were sure some inspirational photos!! I wish the article spoke more about what he did to get there and how long it took him to get to 195?

One of the best transformations Ive ever seen. congrats. We definetly need to know more about this transformation, it tells about how he split his workout but it will be awesome to know what the workout consists of.

Wow, your transformation is pretty incredible. You put in some serious work to end up that shreeded. Awesome job!
You ought to write a long transformation article on the steps you took to go from 260-195 and what you learned along the way and obstacles you overcame etc.

Man he looks really good. 260 is the weight that I started out also. I have since made it down to 248. Man keep up the good work. His story is very inspirational and motivating.

Great job man. Thats just more motivation for me to get myself there. I'm a junior in high school too and I was up at 350 at my peak this past July and thats also when I decided to finally change my ways and I'm at 245 now. Pretty amazing what you've done so far keep it up.
