good stuff

Ive heard a lot of opinion from boxing trainers, world class strength and conditioning coaches, etc.. and their opinions usually seem biased toward weights and not using weights. This is the first time Ive actually undrstood this issue altogether(assuming your right, and I think you are indeed). Thanks for the information; its going to help my boxing which is in need of more power Im sure.

Do you have any backround in combat sports? It sounds like you have boxed to me. If you have, plz tell me your achievments,just curious, thanks.
