I'm a 16 year old from wenatchee Washington. I started this workout with a bench max of 320. now I've been doing this 12 month workout for only 2 weeks now, but i can already tell that it is working. The last set of 10 is a killer. I hit a plato in my bench max, but this program should be the thing to help get me past that. And a thank you to Randy Herring for sharing his knowledge.
