They are willing to publish anything these days...
Simple factual information, but nothing that is going to help the average bodybuilder.

This is meant to be a factual article with info needed for future articles I will write. You need to understand the basic physiology of muscle contraction before getting more indepth. Thanks for reading my article

I thought it was a good article with information to use when you go more in depth. It helps you understand what is actually happening in a muscle when you contract it, and cleared up some of the stuff I didn't really understand in Biology when we studied skeletal muscles.

Seriously.
I read some of the things you composed on your own, and then I read this article and, further, other articles. I own the books that you referenced and, honestly, you pretty much ripped full sentences out of them. Also, the information provided by you is text book, able to be dispensed in any Anatomy/Physiology introduction course in any college found in the country. I am with most of the other people that punched holes in this piece; it is elementary information that doesn't have any bearing for most of the readers that come to this forum. Lastly, you are breathing proof that just because a person is an accomplished lifter does not make them an accomplished or gifted writer - take an inventory on how many certified trainers there are out there, then take a look at the job market...saturated. But I don't want to be uncomplimentary, you do seem to have an excellent understanding of your own body and your physique is proof. Good luck.
