MetaforeX/17/Lightweight
Alright, some of these turned out decent, but I think most them are pretty bad. Please be harsh with constructive criticism, though I am pretty certain on what I need to work on; I just don't need any unneccesary or cruel flames. So without further ado, here I am...unshaven, unoiled, and white as hell.

Back Lat...I COULD NOT figure out how to spread my lats at the right time. I know I look like a fef here, so I don't need to here it from 50 people.

Ab/Thigh pose...I think I actually did this one decently. I'm at about a 8% BF right now so the abs are barely there, but I've put on 12pounds in a month of bulking. Once I get up to 160 and cut down I'll post some pictures to show the improvement.

There's my pics..tell me what you think. I apologize for not being cut, but I'm trying to get up to 160 this summer and currently at 146. My usual BF is about 5%, and I look hella more ripped.
