It rocks but i was wondering what exactly do we do in the unloading period.

It says that only 2 excersice per day, so @ upper body , Bench press and lets say biceps and @ lower body , squat and deadlift, SAME WIEGHT?

Is that correct for unloading period?

Perhaps You should read the article again.

"For unloading weeks, reduce volume drastically by completing only the first two exercises on lower body days, and the first three exercises on upper body days. Slightly reduce intensity/load (with regards to one rep max - ie. - drop your weights down just a tad), and keep frequency the same (four workouts per week)."

first two excersises on lower body days : deadlift + squat / squat + goodmorngins
first three upper body excersises : bench press + dumbbell press + dumbbell rows / Bench press + floor press + military press .

Same load (reduce slightly ) same frequency (4 per week)

---

I just answered my own question Just clarifying , if you have see any errors in the unloading schedule above, please say.

I don't understand why there are only 2 back exercises while there are 4 chest exercises. seems pretty unbalanced to me. but what do i know, im a beginner.
