Just a little update: the 2006 Max Muscle Naturals is no longer being held in Culver City. It is now scheduled to take place in the Cook Auditorium in Anaheim, CA and the event hotel is the Four Points Hotel Sheraton Fullerton.

I competed at the 2000 Ironman/Jon Lindsay show and took a 5th place
and all of the competitors were from Japan!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I had to guess I
would say he only cares about the money!! Screw my qualification!

Well, as a competitor at the 2008 Excalibur I CANNOT disagree more. Yes, it was an enormous show, much larger than anticipated by all involved I believe. It was a very long HUNGRY day for those of use crammed in the tiny rooms backstage, stepping over rude people laying on the floor consuming valuable SPACE. The guys were very kind to let some of us ladies use their pump up room ~ thank you gents.

Given the size of the venue I feel it was handled quite well. Jon Lindsay puts on the best and most well organized shows in CA. The Head Judge and all the Expeditors do a great job of keeping things on task.Yes, he does need to make a $ just like the rest of us, but to incinuate that is his driving force you are mistaken. Mr. Lindsay cares about his athletes, and is a man of integrity.

A larger facility would have been nice, but it was a great show in my experience. BTW my 10 and 7 year old kids were there all day right up till almost midnight with not one complaint.... You need some cheese with that whine?? lol.
