Instructions Need Clarification
Overall, this article offers some great exercises, but the instructions are confusing. Here are descriptions that need to be clarified:
SPOTTY DOGS
"Begin with your legs; stride forward with one leg, whilst taking the other leg back."
Is that a simultaneous movement?
WALL SQUAT THRUSTS
"Lean into a solid wall, whilst lifting your knees up towards your chest, in a smooth alternating motion."
Lean backward or forward?
STRIDE JUMPS
"Start with your feet together, and your hands by your side. Jump up a few inches, with the aim to take your feet out to the side, approximately double shoulder width."
Is this a Jumping Jack?
PULSING SQUATS
"Lie down flat on your back ....Smoothly lift and lower your legs alternately"
How is this a squat?
