Meals should not include much the following: dairy products, sugars, or fats. You need to try to break your daily caloric, protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake into 6 even meals. Meals should be spaced out by between 2-3 hours. It is important to check your bodyfat once a week. You should eat enough to gain about 1-2 pounds of muscle per week.

Eating like that day in and day out is going to put on fat mass thats for sure. Protein should come into play some where, don't you think?
Do dairy? so you don't use whey protein or meal replacements at all?
No sugars? what do you think a carbohydrate is? If you are reffering to "complex carbs" then i suggest reading up on the glycemic index allitte.
more calories may equal mass, but it doesn't garuntee muscle mass by any means. Why do the caloreis have to be clean? if more caloreis = more mass, then 10 whoppers would be ideal!
And try striving for optimal growth with out enough fat in your diet.
Why only 6 meals? there are 24 hours in a day, if you eat every 2 hours, thats 12. So, not everyone gets up in the middle of the night to eat like me

SO, 16 / 2 = 8 which is still more than 6.
well, its not a bad article, just could have been planned alittle better. I think it would have been more conving if he acually had some muscle mass in the picture of himself.
