Randy Herring - Too Much Protein

Randy Herring is back asking the age old question, Can you take too much protein? How much protein do you take a day and how do you know how much to take?

Thumbs up Finally, real answers . . .

Great article on protein! It answered specific questions for me concerning protein consumption for the average person versus the athlete/weight trainer, which is what I am. I am concerned about the effects of too much of anything. This article let me get an idea of where my happy medium lies as far as protien/carbs/fat consumtion are concerned. Thanks Randy, I'll be back to visit this site again!
