This article is a joke. Where does he get the names for his exercises? Back squats? Reverse leg extension? Gimme a break.

Back squats make sense to me and I can see where reverse leg extensions (seated leg curls). Not to rip on the guy, but what is an upside down leg press?

Just another "look at how much I lift" article. Anyone serious about their training had better look elsewhere, this is nothing more than a knee-injuring ego-trip.

another awesome workout! those who consider talking down on the quad blast cant handle the intensity.. maybe the workouts are too tough for some people.. but hey not everyone can be a bodybuilder

Another rip off from Jason Bennett's style of writing. Nothing new on the site in a year or two

how bout some of you guys read the article because be specifically said'

"With a exercise like back squats, form should never be sacrificed for weight. This is not conducive to growth, and you will be risking an injury every time you train."

and why do you care so much about the name of the exersises BigApothic how bout you stop dissin and try the thing, also he never said for anyone to do the same weight as him many bodybuilders do much harder workouts then this looks like StandTall cant stand so tall
