Dumbbells
Dumbbell Bench Presses are awsome!!!!Ive been doing them for a couple months now and I use to bench then i did dumbbells , I felt a big difference from dumbbells then doing barbell presses. Now my whole workout consits of only dumbbells, I do all these things with dumbbells incline and flat presses, flies, crunches holding DB's , calf raises,squats, lateral raises,wrist curls,rows,concentration curls,incline curls,arnold press. Iam stronger, more ripped than ever using dumbbell exercises. Anybody who does barbell stuff try ONLY dumbbells for a week and do alot of stuff for each body part and youll see their better.
