Huge Calves and legs
If you are someone with small calves and legs in general, you know the guy at the gym with a insane upper body supported by toothpicks my suggestion is to ice skate. hockey players and figure skaters probably have the best "natural" lower bodies i have ever seen. On many occasions i have seen hockey players out sqaut, out leg press and out leg curl football players twice there size. So if you want strong massive legs. skate for 2 hours 3 days a week. I guarantee more sculpted glutes, larger calves, and massive quads in two months time.
